PSBA Manila DRM Unit conducted a webinar series on Public Health System Resilience Scorecard for the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO)

September 16, 2021 – The Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Unit, Graduate School of Business (GSB), Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA), Manila, conducted a webinar series on Public Health System Resilience Scorecard for the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO) staff on September 15, 2021 at 9:00AM. This webinar series was delivered by Prof. Dr. Tabassam Raza, Director, DRM-Unit and Associate Dean of GSB.

As an addendum to the Disaster Resilience Scorecard for Cities, Public Health System Resilience Scorecard aimed to strengthen and integrate coverage of the many aspects of public health issues and consequences of disasters. This was indeed in line with the United Nations’ Disaster Resilience Scorecard for Cities which provides a set of assessments that allow local governments to assess their disaster resilience, structuring around United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction’s (UNDRR) Ten Essentials for Making Cities Resilient. The webinar series was certainly a success as indicated by the active participation from the participants.
